Meet our new service advisor Charlotte Cawser

Our new service advisor Charlotte Cawser

We are delighted to introduce our new service advisor, Charlotte Cawser, who joined us in September. Charlotte joins Alex Russell and James Lewis on our service reception team, following Sean Beagley's departure in August to join the church.

We asked Charlotte to briefly introduce herself:

I have always been interested in cars and followed this passion by taking a Motorsport Foundation degree at the University of Derby, before working as a service advisor at a Mazda dealership. I thrive off learning about new product development, technology and the variety of vehicles and their capabilities.

Clearly cars are more than just a job to Charlotte, so why did she choose Trident Honda?

Honda as a brand supports many of my hobbies and so was a natural fit, but I was drawn to Trident Honda as a well-established family-run business, in contrast to the majority of dealer groups.

We asked Charlotte what she enjoys doing outside of work, and Charlotte explains:

When I am not at Trident Honda, then I am still working in motorsport, or in general vehicle performance hobbies. Outside of cars, then I like travelling and exploring London's eateries!

Our dealer principal, Steve Henderson, says:

The motor trade is full of people who joined through a passion for cars and when speaking with Charlotte you cannot help but feel her enthusiasm for cars in general and motorsport in particular; but it was her technical understanding of cars and engines, coupled with her personable nature, which suggested to me that she would make a great service advisor.
