This is the 3rd car we have bought from this dealership and each time the Honda team have been incredible. Which is why they keep beating other dealerships and brands; this time Volvo, VW and Nissan. Wojciech Kacala was the sales executive and for a young man had excellent sales skills and was very mature in his non-pushy attitude. Nothing was too much trouble to to explain. Howard Joffe was the business/finance manager and remembered us from our last 2 purchases with him. Very professional and non pushy and went the extra mile to get the best deal for us. We are so pleased with the CRV that we have and you have 2 members of your team in Wojciech and Howard that you should be very proud of and hold up as beacons for your brand. They gave my wife and I an experience that demonstrated the power of our dreams. This was all done in the incredibly challenging circumstances Covid-19 forced upon us.
