Booking your Honda recall
If you have received a letter from Honda, detailing a safety recall on your Honda, then the best way to book your recall is via this page, and we will then respond to each recall booking request in turn.
If you have received a letter from Honda, even though you have recently had recall work carried out, then it could either be a new recall, or the letter may have been sent out in error. We will check this for you as a matter of course, but you can check for yourself at the following link:
If you would like to book your recall, then please complete the booking form opposite. You do not need to list the recalls required - we will carry out all the outstanding recalls on your car.
Please do appreciate that, if you have received a letter, then it is very likely that many thousands of similar letters have also been sent out. You will receive an automated acknowledgement of your booking request, but, it may take us a few days to confirm your booking. Please be assured that we always respond to online contacts, emails and voicemails.
