My car went in for recall work, when done it was totally clean when my dad picked it up! Thank you for this I wasn't expecting this!

It was a real bonus to find the car cleaned when I was in a hurry to leave for a meeting!

The Ottershaw showroom is very welcoming, we waited in the visitor area while the car was serviced making use of the coffee machine and complimentary biscuits! The place is spotless, even the loo! Would have no hesitation of doing the same again.
