The whole process from booking in for the service through to keys being handed back was flawless. Liked the e-mail just before the service confirming time and how long it would take. I opted for waiting in the showroom which gave me the opportunity to look at the latest vehicles and enjoy a cup of chocolate. This is in stark contrast to my previous vehicle (another brand) where the service experience was indifferent at best. Pleased to be owning and driving a Honda again knowing that the dealership provides excellent service. Many thanks
