Honda has recently issued a number of safety recalls, which have resulted in our response times being adversely affected, both for telephone and email enquiries. The best way to book your recall is via our website, and we will then respond to each recall booking request in turn.

Book your recall

If you have received a letter from Honda and would like to book your recall, then please complete the booking form opposite. You do not need to list the recalls required - we will carry out all the outstanding recalls on your car.

You will receive an automated acknowledgement of your booking request, but, given the volume of enquiries that we are currently receiving, it may take us a few days to confirm your booking. Please be assured that we always respond to online contacts, emails and voicemails.

If you would like to follow up your booking request, then please simply reply to the acknowledgement email.
