We are seeking a personable and organised Parts Department Supervisor to oversee the operations of our Parts Department, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–18:00; Saturday rota (one in two), 08:30–12:00

Overview

Reporting to our Aftersales Manager, the Parts Department Supervisor will manage the day-to-day operations of the department and supervise one team member, the Parts Workshop Adviser. This is a customer-facing role that requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as you will be interacting with both retail and trade customers to ensure their needs are met with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that customers receive prompt and helpful assistance.
  • Oversee parts operations, including stock control, invoicing, ordering and warranty control.
  • Work closely with the Aftersales team and Parts Workshop Adviser to maintain smooth departmental operations.
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and company quality systems.
  • Maintain accurate records and liaise with other departments as required.

About You

  • Proven experience in dealership automotive parts; Honda parts experience would be ideal.
  • Knowledge of Pinewood Pinnacle DMS would be an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • A collaborative and supportive working style, with the ability to motivate and assist your team member.
