The whole process from booking in for the service through to keys being handed back was flawless. Liked the e-mail just before the service confirming time and how long it would take. I opted for waiting in the showroom which gave me the opportunity to look at the latest vehicles and enjoy a cup of chocolate. This is in stark contrast to my previous vehicle (another brand) where the service experience was indifferent at best. Pleased to be owning and driving a Honda again knowing that the dealership provides excellent service. Many thanks

Always a good welcome, comfortable waiting area and the coffee machine makes excellent hot chocolate - whats not to like!?

As usual the service and MOT went smoothly. Love the pick up and drop off. That is what sets you apart from other garages. All very easy.

It was very much appreciated that your service team took the time to diagnose the noise problem with my car and order the part in prior to any appointment being made. My experience from other manufacture dealerships have not been so proactive in the past so a very big thank you for your efforts and professionalism
