My car went in for recall work, when done it was totally clean when my dad picked it up! Thank you for this I wasn't expecting this!

The Ottershaw showroom is very welcoming, we waited in the visitor area while the car was serviced making use of the coffee machine and complimentary biscuits! The place is spotless, even the loo! Would have no hesitation of doing the same again.

Very helpful staff giving excellent advice with a problem I was having. The promptness and speed of being able to bring the car in for a check-up the next day was first class. Thank you.
