I like the friendliness of the staff. Very helpful at all times

We have always been very pleased with the standard and efficiency of service Ottershaw Trident Honda, and long may this continue.

Great service as usual. Alex was really helpful from booking in, to sorting out my courtesy car, to handing my car back to me. Workshop guys were great, giving me a call call to advise of minor extra work before carrying it out and making sure my car was fit to pass it's MOT first time. Had a test drive with Tim after I dropped my car off. He was very personable and knowledgeable too.

A really professional and friendly service

I have always been very satisfied with the professionalism of Trident staff in the 10 years that I have been using their services.Out of all the companies that I use Trident are easily number one and I just wish that some of the other companies that I have to use could strive to achieve somewhere near the same level. I actually look forward to using Trident as they make me feel so welcome.
