From the moment I phoned to book an appointment, the service from the staff was excellent. I normally have my car collected and Chris was brilliant. He phoned me when to expect him to collect it, and later when it had been serviced, he phoned again to let me know when I will get her back. In the meantime, during the course of the day, any problems that came up, I was kept informed and given choices of how to deal with them and if or how it would also affect the M.O.T. In short I could not think of any other company giving such standards.

The whole process from booking in for the service through to keys being handed back was flawless. Liked the e-mail just before the service confirming time and how long it would take. I opted for waiting in the showroom which gave me the opportunity to look at the latest vehicles and enjoy a cup of chocolate. Great service as usual. Alex was really helpful from booking in, to sorting out my courtesy car, to handing my car back to me. Workshop guys were great, giving me a call call to advise of minor extra work before carrying it out and making sure my car was fit to pass it's MOT first time. Had a test drive with Tim after I dropped my car off. He was very personable and knowledgeable too.
