Trident Ottershaw's Nisa Express shop is proud to announce a donation of £344.73 to Woking Hospice, made possible through the Co-op Wholesale Making a Difference Locally (MADL) charity.
MADL is a registered charity that operates in partnership with Nisa retailers across the UK, supporting local good causes through donations funded by the sale of Co-op own-brand products. This donation marks the Ottershaw forecourt shop's first contribution through the scheme.
Woking Hospice, part of Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care, provides specialist palliative care and support to patients and their families across Surrey. The donation will help support the hospice's continuing work in the community.
The occasion was marked with a presentation at Trident's Ottershaw forecourt (see photo).
Richard Roberts commented, “We're very pleased to support Woking Hospice through the MADL charity. The hospice does vital work for the local area, and this donation is one small way we can give back to the community we serve. We are especially grateful to our forecourt customers - your support has made this donation possible.”
