PRIZE DRAW TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. Promoter

The promoter is: Trident Garages Ltd, trading as Trident Honda, Guildford Road, Ottershaw, Surrey, KT16 0NZ.

2. Eligibility

• This prize draw is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of Trident Honda and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
• Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter

• Entry is conditional upon completion of a data capture form at the Pyrford & Wisley Village Show on Saturday, 12 July 2025.
• Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.
• All entries must be received by 17.00 on the day of the show.

4. The Prize

• The prize is one picnic basket, as displayed at the Pyrford & Wisley Village Show.
• The basket includes plates, cutlery, glasses, cooler compartment, bottle holder, and picnic blanket.
• The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
• Images are for illustrative purposes only.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

• The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received by the closing time.
• The draw will take place within 7 days of the closing date.
• The winner will be contacted using the details provided on the entry form.
• If the winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

6. Data Protection

• Personal data provided during entry will be handled in compliance with our Privacy Policy.

7. General

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• By entering, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by English law.
