Trident Honda - Main Sponsor of the Woking Rotary Swimathon 2025

Trident Honda is proud to once again be the main sponsor for the Woking Rotary Swimathon. This much-loved community event brings together schools, businesses and local groups to raise money for charities in the Woking area.

About the Swimathon

The Woking Rotary Swimathon returns this October - ten hours, six lanes, and hundreds of swimmers diving in to raise money for local causes. From school teams to local businesses, from groups of friends to solo swimmers, everyone's welcome to take part - swimming in teams of six for an hour, side by side with others making a difference. Every length helps.

Who benefits

Everyone! Local charities get money to help with their important work, whilst the teams of swimmers have lots of fun trying to swim as many lengths as possible whilst raising as much sponsorship money as possible.

Proceeds from the Swimathon are shared between a number of local charities supported by the Rotary Club of Woking. In 2025, beneficiaries include Woking & Sam Beare Hospices and Woking Community First Responders, among others.

How you can take part

Participation is straightforward and open to confident swimmers aged eight and over. Typical teams comprise six swimmers who each take turns in the water. Solo swimmers are accommodated and may be grouped with others if desired.

• Form a team - Find five or six friends, family members or colleagues. If you are a solo swimmer, you may register as an individual and the organisers will group participants as required.
• Register - Complete the team entry form on the Rotary Club of Woking website and follow the organiser guidance for sponsorship and fundraising.
• Raise sponsorship - Collect pledges from sponsors. Every donation supports local services and the community.
