2026 Dragon Boat Race this Sunday - sponsored by Trident Honda

Trident Honda is delighted to announce that we are once again supporting the Woking & Sam Beare Hospice Dragon Boat Races and Family Fun Day, taking place this Sunday, 7th June 2026, at Goldsworth Park Lake in Woking.

The annual event promises another oar-some day out for the whole family, with the colourful dragon boats racing across the lake and plenty of family-friendly entertainment throughout the day.

Organised by Woking & Sam Beare Hospice and Wellbeing Care, the Dragon Boat Races help raise vital funds to support the hospice's specialist care for patients and families across Surrey.

The event starts at 10am and is a wonderful opportunity to come along, cheer on the teams, enjoy the atmosphere, and support an important local cause.

As a long-standing family business with deep roots in the local community, Trident Honda is proud to continue its support for this much-loved event.

About the Woking Dragon Boat Race

The Woking Dragon Boat Race is dedicated to the memory of Kris Cook, who tragically died in 2014 while raising funds for the Hospice during the London/Surrey Prudential Bike Ride.

The event offers a range of activities for all ages, including live entertainment, food stalls, children's attractions and more. All proceeds from the day support the essential services provided by Woking & Sam Beare Hospice.
