Trident Honda 50th Anniversary Event

The 'Trident Honda 50th Anniversary Event' runs for eight days, from Saturday 26 January to Sunday 3 February, at both its dealership sites – Queens Road, Weybridge and Guildford Road, Ottershaw, near Woking.

Managing Director Richard Roberts explains:

We believe Trident Honda is one the most experienced and respected car retailers in the area, Fifty years in business is a real achievement, one of which we're immensely proud, and what better way to celebrate than by offering some very special deals to our customers.

One of the star attractions will undoubtedly be the stylish Honda Civic, which now features an all-new, low-capacity diesel engine for the first time. The Honda Civic 1.6 i-DTEC marks the start of an exciting new chapter in Honda powertrain development. It's the first engine to be launched in Europe under Honda's flagship Earth Dreams Technology environmental programme.

If you're more interested in Trident Honda's extensive range of 'Approved Used' Honda cars, there are also plenty of reasons to visit one of the two showrooms. Special discounted prices have been applied to many pre-owned vehicles for the anniversary event and each qualifies for two years of complimentary AA breakdown cover.

In fact, you don't have to buy any car, new or used, to benefit at Trident Honda. Every visitor who takes a test drive in a new Honda Civic 1.6 i-DTEC and posts a review on the Honda website qualifies for a free £15 M&S voucher.

The anniversary event is the latest chapter in Trident Honda's proud history. The business started on 1 July 1963, with the purchase of Moore's Garage, a Rootes and Triumph operation in Ottershaw and went on to sell Rover, Austin Morris, MG and now Honda.

Richard Roberts continued:

Five decades of continuous trading is down to a number of factors, but mostly the dedicated and hard-working staff, many of whom have been with us for a long time. It's also our focus on customer service; we have people who have been returning to us for so many years it's more of a personal relationship than a business one.
