The Role
You'll become the friendly face of our showroom, ensuring every customer receives an exceptional experience from the moment they walk through the door.
You'll become the dealership's expert on Honda technology, helping customers understand the features of their vehicle and ensuring they leave confident, excited and fully set up.
Every day is different and includes:
- Welcoming showroom visitors.
- Demonstrating the latest Honda vehicles.
- Explaining hybrid and electric vehicle technology.
- Accompanying customers on test drives.
- Delivering first-class new and used vehicle handovers.
- Setting up Bluetooth, Apple CarPlay, Android Auto and Honda Connected Services.
- Supporting customers after delivery with any technology questions.
- Producing vehicle videos and digital content.
- Supporting local events and new model launches.
- Working closely with our Sales and Aftersales teams to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Who We're Looking For
We're much more interested in personality than previous motor trade experience.
You'll ideally be someone who:

✔ Has excellent communication skills.
✔ Takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.
✔ Is enthusiastic, positive and well presented.

A full UK driving licence is essential.
