Trident Honda re-opens Service and Parts departments for keyworkers
Trident Honda has this morning re-opened its Service and Parts departments, with a small team of technicians to support NHS and other key-workers, as well as the urgent requirements of our customers.

Our Shell filling station remains open, but on the reduced hours of 6AM to 9PM.
Trident Honda had closed its Ottershaw Honda dealership from close of business Friday, 27th March 2020, after it became increasingly difficult to trade during the government lockdown. Since that time we have been responding to all customer enquiries, helping as many as possible, but there has been an increasing demand for us to re-open, particularly for NHS staff who rely on their cars to get to work.
The question then was how to re-open safely, and the decision was taken to start with a small team of volunteers, to enable strict social distancing.
How to book your appointment
The dealership remains closed to the public and is operating by-appointment only, on reduced hours:
- Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm1

- Please do not visit the dealership:
- Without a confirmed appointment,
- If you suspect you may have COVID-19,
- If you are a considered a vulnerable person.
- On arrival, please sanitise your hands at one of the hand sanitising stations provided.
- Please keep at least two metres away from staff and other customers at all times.
- Your car will be sanitised before it is returned to you.
