Why are we changing?

Over the past 25 years Trident Honda has benefited from having a telephone system with bulletproof reliability; but, following the merger of our Weybridge dealership with Ottershaw, it is fair to say that our telephone system has on occasion struggled to cope with peak call volumes.

In respect of our dearly-departed colleague, Martin Williams, our Parts Supervisor, members of our team will be attending his funeral tomorrow, Tuesday 17th December.

As a result, all departments will be operating with a reduced team, and our Parts Department will be closed from approximately 1.15pm to 3pm.

Following tonight's Coronavirus announcement by the Prime Minister, Trident Honda has closed its Ottershaw Showroom with immediate effect.

Our service and parts departments and Shell filling station and convenience store will remain open.

All staff, including showroom, are requested to come in as usual.

We would like to thank our amazing customers for the incredible support we have received over the past weeks.

There was much excitement yesterday, as our new Honda CR-Vs rolled off the transporters, just in time for today's launch event. Please remember to wear a face mask when you visit Trident Honda!

Since 24th July it has been a requirement of the UK government for all customers to wear a face covering in shops and supermarkets, with fines of up to £100 for failing to comply.

This has caused some confusion for our customers, as to whether or not our Honda showroom and Shell filling station are shops. The legal advice that we have now been given is that the likelihood is that both premises are indeed classed as shops, at least for the purposes of these new rules.

Congratulations to all the teams who took part in the 6th annual Dragon Boat Races on Sunday 3 June at Goldsworth Park Lake, Woking.

Sponsored by Trident Honda, the event saw 10 teams take to the water in brightly painted, dragon-headed boats on an extremely hot and blisteringly sunny day. The event provided a colourful spectacle for all our visitors during the day, who came to the lakeside to cheer on the rowers and to enjoy the family fun day activities on the bank too.
